Replacement keyboards and screens
A few dead keys or a striped screen are common faults on used laptops, and they are often fixable for far less than buying another machine. A replacement keyboard must match your model and layout (backlit or not, with or without a number pad). A replacement screen must match size, resolution, connector pin count (30 or 40 pins) and mounting type. If you are not comfortable opening the laptop, take the part to a reputable repair shop to fit. Ranked by the independent usdxu score.
